Direct gas fired thermal oxidizers (TOX) are capable of destruction efficiencies over 99%. Low NOX (Nitrogen Oxide) burners, proper oxygen content management and strategically placed gas mixtures are essential for achieving required safety considerations.
Used to destroy Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAP) and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) at high temperature. These pollutants are generally hydrocarbon based and when destroyed via thermal combustion they are chemically changed to form CO2 and H2O.
